KOHORT is at 234 Bridge Road, Richmond VIC 3121, on the north side of Bridge Road between Lord Street and Docker Street. We are a ten minute walk from Richmond Station and six minutes from East Richmond Station, and the 48 and 75 trams stop directly outside.

We offer balayage, lived-in blonde, colour correction, full-head colour and root touch-ups, creative colour, blondes, hair cuts across long and short, pixie and crop specialist cutting, keratin smoothing, nanoplasty, and the full KOHORT treatment menu including Kerastase Fusio Dose, K18, Olaplex, L'Oreal Metal Detox and the Kohort Scalp Ritual.

Yes. Metered on-street parking runs along Bridge Road, Lord Street and Docker Street. Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre car park is 500 metres east of the salon and is our default recommendation for colour bookings that run more than two hours. Free residential parking is available a block or two off Bridge Road on quieter days.

It depends on the service. For pixie, short hair and colour correction, book Sheree. For considered everyday cut and colour, book Zoe or Grace. For editorial blonde or creative balayage, book Billie (existing clients). For referenced and creative cutting, book Taylah. For bridal and event or soft natural balayage, book Sheridan. A co-working salon is a studio where every stylist is an independent business running their own chair. At KOHORT, each stylist owns their column, sets their pricing, manages their own clients and takes the full service from consult to finish. Nobody is handed off to a junior. There are no apprentices finishing your blow-dry. The person who starts the appointment is the person who ends it.

Balayage pricing varies by stylist and hair length. As a guide, balayage typically starts from around $300 for shorter hair and $350 to $450 for mid to long hair. Yes. For any first visit, and for colour correction, balayage on previously coloured hair, big blonde transformations, pixie transitions or bridal work, we recommend booking a dedicated fifteen-minute consultation in-salon. This lets your stylist do a strand test if needed, plan the session count, and give you an accurate quote before you commit to chair time.

Yes. Our retail wall carries Kerastase, Davines, Olaplex, K18, L'Oreal Metal Detox and Bhave, the same professional brands we use in the chair. All products are sold at professional pricing. Browse the full range throughour shopor ask your stylist at your next appointment.

Each stylist runs their own column and sets their own cancellation terms. As a general rule, we ask for at least 24 to 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment, particularly for longer colour bookings. Your stylist's booking confirmation will outline the exact window.

Most KOHORT stylists are accepting new clients. Billie is currently welcoming existing clients only. Sheree, Zoe, Taylah, Sheridan, Grace and Elodie are all open to new bookings. For the latest availability, check each stylist's page or email the salon.

Yes. Scissor cuts with skin fades, classic cuts, grey blending for men, and beard trims on request. A men's cut is typically forty-five minutes to an hour. Sheree, Zoe and Taylah all take men's cut bookings.
